- We are capable of producing a variety of items such as hair tonic, shampoo, lotion, and cream, with a production capacity of 30 tons per month (ba-sed on 25 days) and a production capacity of 1.2 tons per day (based on 8 hours).
Currently, we produce 40,000 shampoos (400g) and hair 125,000 tonics (120ml) in 20 days.

Main manufacturing equipment

	Extractor
	Extraction with a low temperature reflux method over three times.
	In 96 hours of fermentation at 50 ℃ the major extract components of damoae are produced.

	Stirring machine
	The extracted formulation is concentrated and fermented at 80 ℃.
